One of the many things Australians do better than anyone is - Comfort Dressing. An intriguing trend that I have seen in the high street stores and on the streets are nothing but your good old sneakers!
It is true! Sneakers are not just for the gym anymore!  It’s time you take out your converse and your Nike’s out of the closet. Are those your feet doing the happy dance?
While Sneakers are the perfect addition to a laid back outfit, they are also perfect with the “going out” outfits to dress them down.
Think you can’t wear Sneakers with dresses and skirts? Think again!
You can now wear sneakers with just about everything; including circle skirts- Yes you heard me right!
So here’s your guide to looking comfortably stylish(quite literally) using your high school favorites-
Start with the basics
Just like a little black dress, a pair of black sneakers are a must have in any fashionista’s closet.
Another important basic are a “clean” all-white pair and they make a great starter for getting into the trend.
These can be paired with a variety of outfits and add a level of interest sans the pain!

No post on styling sneakers is complete without a mention to the girl who does it best- Kristen Stewart.
Stewart chose to change over from her Christian Louboutin heels to her scuffed converse shoes at the Movie awards a couple of years ago.
